The calendering workshop adopts a large four-roll tension calender with single-output shaft structure and automatic deflection compensation, which can adjust various speeds and speed ratios according to different formulations and different processes, effectively preventing the disadvantages of thermal shrinkage of nylon cord.
The frame vulcanizing machine introduced in the vulcanizing workshop adopts PC control or manual control for dual purposes. It can automatically identify wrong commands, display temperature control, and has the function of timing mold opening and automatic pressure supplement. It can directly lock the three elements of temperature, pressure and time vulcanizing prepared in advance, thus greatly improving the vulcanizing quality.
In order to ensure product quality, the company's testing center has introduced domestic-level Mooney viscosity tester, rotor-free vulcanizer, digital display tensile machine, thermostat and other inspection equipment to test more than a dozen indicators related to product performance one by one, laying a solid foundation for improving product competitiveness. As early as 2009, the company passed the ISO9001 system certification and ISO/TS16949 certification. In 2017, the company successfully passed the IATF16949:2016 certification and obtained the certification certificate issued by NSF. The product has been tested by the German TÜV center, and the anti-oxidation time exceeds the European standard of 16 hours.
