In order to obtain the first-hand information of customers' evaluation and expectation on our products, the company commissioned Qingdao Quality Management Association Management Consulting Center to conduct a customer satisfaction survey on more than 90% of the company's customers in July. The data show that: the customer satisfaction interval for EAA products is [89.26-89.96] at the 95% confidence level, which is very encouraging. Generally speaking, a new product on the market, customer satisfaction can reach 85% is quite good, and our products have been highly rated. Investigate its reason, the key grasps the following three points: 1. Leadership attaches importance to, full participation. Each process is controlled by "instrument program control" and "full-time quality inspector inspection. We have the foundation of developing rubber for 16 years.
